Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, promotions, or stock delays, processing may take longer.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa only.
3. Delivery Times (Estimates)
Delivery typically takes between 2–5 business days. Any delivery timelines shown at checkout or in communication are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Shipping Fees
We charge a flat rate of R120 on orders below R1,200. Orders of R1,200 and above qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete payment.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. ReGen-X is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect details supplied.
6. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Storage Recommendations
We recommend cold storage as soon as the item is received. Once reconstituted, products must be stored in the fridge away from direct light and in a place where they don’t get shaken.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, extreme weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable) so we can assist.
