Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll try to resolve it fairly.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange (unless defective), items must be:

  • Unopened and untampered with
  • In original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Stored correctly (refrigerated, away from direct light, and in a place where it doesn’t get shaken)

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, licensing, customisation, clearance terms, or other reasons. Where applicable, these exclusions will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product or an item is defective, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability. Returns and replacements will be free of charge on damaged items within 14 days, as long as they have been handled correctly.

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible
  • Timing depends on your bank/payment provider processing times

6. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect/defective product), shipping and return delivery costs are generally not refundable. Returns and replacements for damaged items are free of charge within the 14-day window.
